info
The Red-billed Gull quite commonly occurred in Australia and actually it would be placed in a list of Australian animals with the descriptions of pictures taken in Australia and in exchange oystercatchers should be moved to the specification of animals from New Zealand, because that was where I took most of photos of this species. It sounds quite funny but it really was like that and probably will not change. The Red-billed Gull in Australia was as common as our Black-headed Gull on the Baltic Sea, which is slightly heavier than red-billed gull but even from not too long distance it is difficult to distinguish them.
