Birds > Passerine > Icterine Warbler Hippolais icterina

info

The next round in search of anthills, places where green woodpecker feeds, ended up in creating this gallery. This is a rather peculiar place, which looks like a beautiful forest with a fairly large ponds, but also has the features of a city park with numerous paths and walkers. Maybe that's why the warbler who preyed in the tree let me take pictures from a distance of several meters despite I was not camouflaged at all. These photos have initiated this gallery.
Last minute news 05/2016
Well, taste and approach to nature photography changes. In the past it was enough for me to take any picture of the particular species to “do a species” and create its gallery. Today I expect something more -  good quality of photos and self-recorded soundtrack. When I look at the start gallery of the icterine warbler (it’s already removed) I feel like laughing at the beginnings of my nature photography. What counts is the time which I have spent in the bosom of nature and what I have seen. Thanks to this my website has undergone qualitative and quantitative changes. I came back to the same place where I photographed the icterine warbler a few years ago for the first and the last time. This time the pictures were not taken by chance, they were an effect of my conscious choice. A hide, a microphone – and here it is – a change of quality of pictures in the gallery. Maybe the photos are not of the target quality but they are not documents anymore.
