Birds > Galliformes > Indian Peafowl Pavo cristatus

info

Well, to see a peafowl in Poland it is not a problem but to photograph it in its natural environment, you have to go to India or to Sri Lanka. We were quite surprised that Indian peafowls were so numerous and it was so easy to photograph them. But taking photo of tooting peafowl would enable capturing the quintessence of the beauty of this species. Fortunately, there were several such opportunities and pictures were created to build an interesting gallery, this amazing bird, which cannot be mistaken for any other species. Not only was it possible to observe many peafowls, but also their characteristic sound could be heard in the area every now and then, even after dark.
