Cuba 03/19’ – introductory text - Bee hummingbird

This is the third species of pipits in my gallery. Up to now as there are many varieties of this bird. There n Fuerteventura, next to the ubiquitous doves, pipits could be found everywhere. The main difference was that far away from human settlements only pipits occurred. When sitting for a moment or coming very quietly I could photograph pipits from an acceptable distance with the desert landscape in the background. Many chance encounters resulted in this gallery of the bird that occurs only in the Canary Islands and Madeira.
